A meeting of Alpha Phi Omega was called to order at 7:35 p.m. on November 20, 1951, room 11 of the Physical Education Building.  The only committee report was that of the Program Committee.  It has received no reply from Alpha Phi Omega at American International College or Springfield College.  A telephone call was placed for Bud Havens Springfield-2-5121 for a definite answer.  His mailing address is Box 241, Springfield Alumni Hall 49566 Rm 220, Springfield, Massachusetts they will be aired on either a Tuesday or Thursday night sometime in December.  More definite plans will be ranged later. A first aid course was suggested for the members of APO and Mr. Briggs will be contacted in regards to it.  Members were urged to get the application and fees in as soon as possible.  Post cards will be sent to all members as a reminder of the next meeting in order to raise the attendance.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
